Shipping & Returns

Every order is dispatched the next business day and delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping is a flat €5 — and free on every order over €100.

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email elodieclaireparis@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — return shipping included.

As required by EU distance-selling law, you may also withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt. Withdrawn items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached; return shipping for a change of mind is at the customer's expense.

Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
